  1. Love this post and I have to agree that once you make a change and stick to it every single day , that’s when you start to see the results. I started to pack a lunch every single day since February and I have seen a difference in my weight and my wallet. I don’t even want to go out for lunch anymore because of the positive results. I have even started meal prepping for the week. Thanks for the motivation. 🙂

    1. So happy to hear it! I remember that feeling when I changed up my morning breakfast for a smoothie instead of carbs. It has become a way of life now.. breakfast = smoothie 7 days a week all year long! Little consistent changes translate into a changed life 🙂
