At the heart of the Soul Sovereign Circle is our monthly live gathering, supported by beautiful content created to begin the conversation long before we meet.

Throughout the month, you are invited to spend time with yourself through reflections and practices connected to our theme.

Then we gather.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because there is something powerful about women sitting together and bringing what they are actually living into the room.

I may begin with a reflection, a question, an observation or something from my own lived experience that brings our theme to life.

And then the Circle opens.

We talk.

We listen.

We question.

We laugh.

Sometimes we get emotional.

Sometimes another woman gives language to something we have been carrying silently.

Sometimes we recognize ourselves in a story that looks nothing like our own.

And sometimes we simply need to hear ourselves say something out loud.

There is no pressure to share.

You can speak, listen, reflect or simply be present.

You belong in the Circle exactly as you arrive.

This is the sacredness of gathering.

We may each be walking our own path, but we do not have to walk it alone.

And to hold a space where you can hear yourself more clearly.

I believe deeply that wisdom already lives within you.

Sometimes we simply need the right conversation, the right question, the right reflection or the experience of being witnessed to remember that it is there.

I don’t want you leaving the Circle thinking more like me.

I want you leaving the Circle hearing more of you.
