LEARNING TO EMBRACE ME

The Foundation of Sovereign Living

✨ The Moment Everything Changed

At 42 years old, I walked by a mirror in a hotel room while I was away on vacation with my family…

and something about the woman looking back at me stopped me in my tracks.

There was a sadness in her eyes that I could no longer explain away. A quiet heaviness.

A kind of powerlessness that had been building slowly over years through self-abandonment, disconnection, overthinking, people pleasing, and constantly placing myself at the bottom of my own life.

The hardest part was that from the outside, everything looked fine. I was functioning. I was showing up.
I was keeping life moving. But internally, I was exhausted from living disconnected from myself.

It was the kind of prolonged dissatisfaction that slowly becomes normalized. Quietly dismissed. Overridden. Explained away. The kind that leaves you moving through your life without fully being inside of it.

And in that moment, standing in front of that mirror, I could no longer look away. There was a sadness there. A disconnect. A knowing.

And for the first time in a very long time, I admitted something to myself honestly:

I do not want to experience my life this way anymore. Not because my life was falling apart…but because I was disappearing within it.

That moment became episode one of my podcast and the beginning of everything that followed because from that point forward, I made the decision to start holding my own well-being and happiness in high regard, and all good things flowed from there.

Not instantly.
Not perfectly.

But steadily.
Honestly.
Brick by brick.

🌿 The Journey Back to Myself

Learning to Embrace Me is the work that emerged from that journey.

The way I found my way back home to myself through five foundational pillars.

If you can begin to bring awareness to these five pillars and integrate even the smallest pieces into your daily experience consistently, you will have no choice but to return home to yourself.

Because all change happens in awareness.

🪞 Awareness Is Everything

These five pillars represent the tools, strategies, ways of thinking, and perspectives that require you to break patterns… to see your own responsibility in the way you experience your life… and to begin responding differently instead of unconsciously repeating the same emotional loops, reactions, and conditioning that keep you disconnected from yourself.

Because life is going to happen.

There will be disappointment, emotional hits, fear, conflict, change, and moments where you feel challenged by your own mind, your emotions, your relationships, and your circumstances.

What these pillars gave me was something to return to in those moments.

Where I could finally choose THE WAY I wanted to experience the moments of my precious life.

🤍 What This Work Really Is

I’m not sharing anything revolutionary.

As both a teacher and someone who has lived this work deeply myself, I intentionally structured this experience in a way that allows the material to build layer by layer rather than overwhelm you all at once.

Each pillar was designed to be experienced slowly, integrated into daily life, reflected on honestly, and embodied over time because real transformation rarely happens through information alone.

It happens through awareness, repetition, and lived integration.

I’m sharing what worked for me and what continues to work for me.

This exact sequence is the way my own healing journey unfolded and the way I slowly started strengthening myself from the inside out until holding my own well-being and happiness was no longer something I had to think about…it simply became the way I lived.

And interestingly enough, I still use every single one of these pillars today as I continue weaving them into my daily life whenever I need them and come back home to myself again.

Because this is not work you “complete.”

It becomes the way you live.

🧱 The Five Foundational Pillars

• Personal Accountability
• The Self-Love Toolbox
• Communication with the Inner Child
• Self-Forgiveness, Compassion & Acceptance
• Surrender & Gratitude

Not as concepts to memorize…but as practices to integrate into your real life.

🌙 How To Move Through This Work

This work was originally taught live over the course of five weeks.

Each week, we would meet together and move through one pillar at a time, allowing space for the teachings, the awareness, the emotional hits, the reflections, and the homework to integrate into daily life before moving onto the next layer.

And although this is now self-paced, I still deeply believe this is the most supportive and impactful way to experience the work.

Not rushed.
Not consumed.

Integrated.

There is reflection woven throughout each pillar along with integration homework, not because I wanted this to feel like something you needed to “complete,” but because awareness without integration rarely creates lasting change.

The real shifts happen when you begin noticing yourself in your actual life…inside your relationships, your reactions, your emotional patterns, your thoughts, your habits, and the small moments where you now have an opportunity to choose differently.

So my invitation to you is simple:

Move slowly. Allow each pillar to breathe. Give yourself the week if you can. Come back to the material often.

Let it meet you where you are.

👑 The Foundation of Sovereignty

This work is the foundation of sovereignty as I’ve come to know it.

Not the performative version.
Not the aesthetic version.

The lived version.

The version where you slowly begin building an internal relationship with yourself that is rooted in awareness, honesty, responsibility, emotional resilience, self-trust, and the willingness to stop abandoning yourself in your daily life.

Because sovereignty is not built in one big moment.

It’s built layer by layer… choice by choice… awareness by awareness.

It is the inner scaffolding that slowly strengthens beneath you every time you choose to become conscious instead of reactive, stay connected to yourself instead of abandoning yourself, and take responsibility for your experience instead of waiting for life or other people to change first.

And over time, something begins to happen.

You stop looking outside of yourself for permission, rescue, validation, or constant direction because you’ve started building a relationship with yourself that can actually hold you through life.

That is what these five pillars gave me.

And that is why I continue to return to them even now.

🕯️ Building The Inner Sanctuary

This is the foundation that allows you to slowly build an inner sanctuary within yourself… a place strong enough to hold both the love and the ache of life as a full-range human being.

Because life will continue to move.

There will still be grief, uncertainty, disappointment, change, growth, joy, expansion, beauty, and emotional hits along the way.

But as you continue bringing awareness to these pillars and integrating them into your daily experience, something begins to shift.

What you once only understood intellectually starts dropping from the head into the heart… and eventually into the body.

And over time, you stop just “knowing” these concepts…you begin living them. Embodying them.

You begin walking through your life as a more grounded, conscious, self-responsible, sovereign woman.

🤍 A Final Note

Over time, I’ve come to realize that this work was never meant to be something I ran for a season and left behind.

It became the foundational body of work that supported my own journey back to myself and continues to support the way I move through my life today.

And in many ways, this now feels like legacy work to me…not because it’s perfect, but because it’s true. Because I have lived it. Because I continue to live it.

And because I know firsthand what becomes possible when a woman stops abandoning herself and starts building her life from the inside out.

You don’t need to become someone else.

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You simply need a place to begin coming back home to yourself…again and again.

And this my beautiful soul sister….is that place.
