Who’s in?
The mission of this post is not to stress you. It is intended to motivate you. My hope is that you will not only be surprised but also encouraged by its simplicity.
The goal?
A feeling of overall WELLNESS and PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT.
Starting from the moment you read this post, I invite you to do 3 things. One small intention to support your physical, emotional and spiritual health. Do them for the next 7 days.
Physical Health: Drink 60 oz of water throughout the day
Emotional Health: Each time you find yourself triggered or annoyed by someone, at once say this to yourself, “Let Them”. Unhook and move on… (stop eye-rolling…just entertain it for a week of your life) Oh….and DON’T take anything personally…(are you eye-rolling?) Don’t knock something you haven’t tried.
Spiritual Health: Daily 15 minute walk without technology. During this walk, you must do 2 things:
1) Look up at the sky and consider your size in comparison to it
2) Touch a tree with both hands for 10 seconds (or more).
That’s it!
That’s your challenge.
Try doing these 3 things for the next 7 days. If you want to get fancy, you can journal your personal findings. Enjoy!
