Hello cherished readers,

It’s been a minute since my last introduction.

If you’ve been following me over the last few years you will have been witness to my shift from Spiritual Fashionista to Holistic Life Coach.

It has been nothing short of a challenging & liberating unfolding for which I remain forever committed to and grateful for.

My day job as an Elementary Educator now benefits from and is fueled by my passion as a Life Coach. I have infused my curriculum with what I have learned and continue to learn about the human spirit & human transformation with the ultimate goal of preparing the kids of today to be the emotionally competent & regulated adults of tomorrow.

My shtick is an interplay of these 3 important elements:

1)SELF-LOVE

2)PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

3)MENTAL/EMOTIONAL FREEDOM

These are the 3 things I am proud to say I have developed and nurtured within myself over the last few years.

You cannot expect folks to walk a path you haven’t walked yourself.

I am passionate about human transformation because I have lived it and I see the potential in every child and adult I encounter along my growth & awareness journey.

I have sourced my certainty as a Teacher & as a Coach from the recognition that the human spirit has the desire and the power to free itself.

This power resides within each one of us and when the desire to harness it appears, a Coach can step in to walk alongside you to guide you through the process of getting to it.

The freedom you are seeking is a state of mental clarity combined with inner peace.

You become free when you can live without causing yourself unnecessary mental tension or stress.

I’m here to remind you that this IS attainable and YOU CAN begin to #LiveItAllBetter ™️
