Susie, B.A., B.ED., ICF-ACSTH

For over 30 years, I’ve been guiding others toward a deeper relationship with themselves, first as an educator shaping young minds, and now through my work with women. I’ve spent years immersed in healing, self-love, embodiment and sovereignty. I believe deeply in all of it. But I no longer believe we are meant to spend our lives healing. At some point, we have to live. That is where my work lives now: in the art of aliveness. In choosing joy without waiting for everything to be okay. In allowing pleasure. In expressing ourselves fully. In trusting what we know. In cultivating a faith so deeply rooted that the chaos of the external world does not determine the quality of our internal one. To me, this is sovereignty: becoming your own home while remaining wildly available for life. I work with women who are ready to feel more at home in themselves, more alive, more expressed, and more intentional about how they experience this one extraordinary life. I am a mother, wife, teacher and a woman who has lived enough to know that we don’t get forever. I’m not here to give you another version of yourself to chase. I’m here to remind you of the woman who is already there. Your life is happening now queen ⚜️
