When I look for a coach, I look for someone who listens well, creates a comfortable space for me to think out loud and prompts me to question my current beliefs. Susie does all of that exceptionally well and has a warmth and a smile that feel like a virtual hug. I was immediately comfortable in her presence and look forward to every discussion.
